STS are committed to improving service on an ongoing basis. Part of this commitment includes finding out what customers and partners already think of the service they receive. That's why STS recently undertook a customer satisfaction survey, to try and establish where improvements needed to be made. The results received were very encouraging and included responses from the UK, USA, Japan and India.
All responses stated that the degree of professionalism and integrity that STS demonstrate was either very good or excellent and the same applied when asked about the ability to demonstrate solid and up to date knowledge.
However, when submitters were asked to identify what was most important to them, good communication came up on more than one occasion. That is why STS are currently looking to improve communication to partners and customers. To start with regular flash updates in the form of email will be introduced, topics will range from STS organisational information, industry trends and product updates.
The STS website is also going to be re-launched in the coming months and phase 2 will see some improvements to the STS extranet area, which will contain useful technical information including product updates, release notes and supporting marketing collateral.
